Mesker Park Zoo & Botanic Garden is THE place for your kids this summer. With our hands-on, interactive, and FUN camps, you can be assured that your kids are making great summer memories—and learning something too!
Camp Zoofari Minis are a weekly series for little campers. Children ages 4-5 (as of camp date) and potty trained may enroll. Camp Zoofari Mini Series camps meet 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. once a week for 6 weeks - you choose the day of the week. Enroll in only one series - the same activities are repeated all week.
Camp Zoofari Mini Full Week camps meet 9:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Monday - Friday on the designated week.
Campers will explore the zoo, visit with animals, discover science, express their creativity, play outdoors, and have adventures with friends.

Monday Series – June 10, 17, 24 & July 8, 15, 22
Tuesday Series – June 11, 18, 25 & July 9, 16, 23
Wednesday Series – June 12, 19, 26 & July 10, 17, 24
Thursday Series – June 13, 20, 27 & July 11, 18, 25
Friday Series – June 14, 21, 28 & July 12, 19, 26
Regular Rate (6 camp series sessions): $150
Member & City/County Employee Rate: $127 (15% off)
Regular Rate (5 day full week): $125
Member & City/ Count Employee Rate: $110 (12% off)
DISCOUNTS: A discount is offered to parents / guardians that are Zoo members and City of Evansville / Vanderburgh County employees. Only ONE Discount can be applied. Registrants should be logged into the zoo members website, or membership can be purchased or renewed online PRIOR to registering for camp using the membership form on our website. Employees of the City of Evansville or Vanderburgh County must enter place of employment on the registration form (apply code GO!ZOO). PLEASE DO NOT APPLY THIS DISCOUNT IF YOU ARE LOGGED IN AS A MEMBER. The regular price rate will display in your cart until discounts are applied UPON CHECKOUT.
DEADLINE for camp registration: Monday at noon, ONE WEEK PRIOR to the first session or when filled.
Extras
Camp extras such as t-shirts can be purchased using a separate registration form. This will allow registration and payment for these closer to time for camp sessions. DEADLINE for purchase: Monday at noon, ONE WEEK PRIOR to the session.
Please note: Extended care is NOT available for half-day campers. Camp shirts are no longer required, but can be purchased separately as a souvenir. When ordering t-shirts, please choose the date of the first day of camp. Each camper will automatically receive one Camp Zoofari drawstring bag per summer.
Cancellation Policy
DEADLINE for cancellation: Monday at noon, ONE WEEK PRIOR to the session. The zoo reserves the right to cancel any camp with insufficient registrations or due to unforeseen emergency circumstances. If such events occur, a full refund will be issued.
Confirmation Details
RECEIPT – Upon submission of your registration, you will receive a basic confirmation email that will serve as your receipt. Please save this receipt for tax deduction purposes. MPZBG Tax ID #: 35-6001021
DETAILS – You will receive an email one week prior to the start of camp with all of the pertinent details to prepare your child for camp, and a reminder email the Friday prior to the start of camp. If you do not receive these emails, please call us by the end of the week prior to the week of your camp!
