Event Boo at the Zoo (City)

Children 2 and under are FREE. Children & Adults ages 3 & up do require a ticket. Tickets can ONLY be purchased directly from the Zoo. No third parties purchases, no transfers, no refunds. 

You MUST attend the DATE & SESSION selected for your entry. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.

Tickets will NOT be sold at the gate.

Members: To reserve event tickets online sign in with your username and password you created when you registered. This will link your ticket purchase to your membership to receive discounted admission. 

 WHEN YOU ARRIVE:

• You should arrive to the Zoo during your session time, arriving super early may result in no parking spots and long lines. We created sessions to help with flow of traffic and increase guest experience.
• Please click on your e-link and have your tickets pulled up as you enter the ticketing area (if scanning from your smartphone versus a hard copy).

• You are not required to exit the zoo premises at the end of your session time. The session timing is designed to manage entrance timing, lines, and parking to avoid everyone arriving at once. However, all visitors must leave zoo grounds by 8pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and by 6pm on Sundays.
